Direct Billing

Many insurance companies allow providers such as Nova Physiotherapy the ability to direct bill on behalf of our clients.  Please check your individual policies to verify that this service is permitted under your policy.  In the event that your policy does not allow direct billing, a full payment of your session will be required and an acceptable receipt will be provided.

If your insurance provider is not listed above, it is because we were last informed by your provider that they do not accept physiotherapy/massage therapy direct billing or we have not yet had the opportunity to encounter your provider. Please contact us for further inquires.

Motor Vehicle Accidents Insurance Companies(MVA):

We can direct bill WCB and most MVA companies if your claim has been approved.  For more information and specific inquires please contact one of our clinics.
